Job description

The Sourcing Enablement Specialist is responsible for enabling and optimising AMSOL's end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes by effectively managing the Zycus platform and related procurement systems. The role ensures that sourcing governance, supplier and contract management, master data, compliance, reporting, and performance measurement processes are embedded, maintained, and continuously improved. This supports operational efficiency, data integrity, user adoption, and value delivery across the organisation.

Key performance areas:

Supplier Enablement & Risk Management:

Manage supplier Onboarding, supplier pre-qualification assessments, due diligence reviews, and supplier risk evaluations.

Develop and maintain supplier category segmentation, risk-scoring methodologies &supplier performance monitoring .

Develop and implement Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) strategies.

Master Data Management:

Own and maintain procurement master data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, standardization, and governance.

Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure accurate procurement and supplier master data management.

Strategic Sourcing Governance & Compliance:

Monitor compliance with procurement policies, sourcing standards, delegated authority limits, and contract management requirements.

Ensure supplier compliance documentation, including B-BBEE certificates, tax clearance certificates, and regulatory requirements, remain valid

and up to date.

Procurement Process Excellence:

Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement

processes.

Contract & Supplier Lifecycle Mangement & Information Management

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in Strategic Sourcing or related qualification.

Minimum 5 years experience in Strategic Sourcing or relevant role.

Proven experience with procurement technologies such as Zycus, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Procurement, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage internal stakeholder requirements and expectations, Procurement Analytics and Reporting.

Ability to execute strategic sourcing enablement activities, in terms of procurement governance, reporting, training, process continuous improvement,

supplier management, contract administration, and enterprise & supplier development.

MCIPS certification advantageous.
