Job description

Implement new finance and procurement platforms to improve accuracy, compliance, transparency, and supplier efficiency.
Deploy operational apps (Asset, Expense, Incident, Inventory, Property Management) to enhance frontline efficiency and visibility.
Develop a 3–5-year IT roadmap aligned with business priorities, cost control, and digital transformation.
Drive end-to-end business process mapping and optimization.
Manage internal audits of technology programs, systems, and contracts.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships (Executives, Board, Suppliers, Auditors, Regulators, Partners, Customers).
Build and mentor an IT leadership team to strengthen governance, delivery, and innovation.

Minimum requirements

Relevant Commercial / Information Technology degree. 
Postgraduate degree MBA or related Business/Technology Management qualification advantageous.
At least 8 years relevant work experience in Senior Management.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and EQ.
Demonstrate good communication skills at all levels.
Proven ability to collaborate and co-ordinate large cross functional teams.
Good organizational skills
Demonstrate ability to work under pressurized circumstances and meet deadlines.
