Job description
Ensure the safety of dive teams and all personnel during diving and related operations.
Maintain full compliance with IMCA, OGP, AMSOL, and Department of Labour (DoL) standards and safety requirements.
Prepare tanker baskets and ensure correct connection and disconnection of tankers to and from the SBM.
Identify, prevent, and promptly address equipment defects or operational issues.
Compile and submit accurate operational reports as required.
Ensure diving operations are run in accordance with South African legislation.
Maintain full compliance with IMCA, OGP, AMSOL, and Department of Labour (DoL) standards and safety requirements.

Minimum requirements
Be qualified registered in-date DoL (Department of Labour) Class II Air Supervisor
7 years diving experience (e.g. Offshore, Harbor or Shipping)
3 years as Dive Supervisor Class II (e.g. Offshore, Harbor or Shipping)
SBM experience preferable.
Holds an up-to-date diver’s log and Supervisor book.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Computer literate (MS Excel).
A self-motivated individual who displays excellent initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Must be prepared to work irregular hours.
Has strong SHE-Q awareness and compliance.
Is able to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
Displays good leadership and company values.
Has a good understanding of people management.
7 years diving experience (e.g. Offshore, Harbor or Shipping)
