Job description
Processes vendor invoices and credit notes in line with company procedures.
Reconciles vendor statements and investigates discrepancies on vendor invoices and credit notes
Monitor and report on cashflow across all entities to ensure payments are made timeously
Processing and allocation of daily banking transactions and reconciliation
Prepare invoicing based on contractual terms
Prepare journals for expense code reallocations
Prepare Vat Tax Schedules and do 1st review before submission of VAT201 to accountant for final review
Make foreign payments for VAT, WHT and levies (where applicable)

Minimum requirements
Bookkeeping certification or relevant Diploma.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role or similar.
Previous experience in Sage ERP & Sage X3 will be advantageous
Tenacity, resilience and determination to work in a high pressure, client focused environment.
Team player and ability to work with others.
High regard for internal control processes.
Self-disciplined and proactive.
Problem solving skills which are critical.
Proficient, with the analytical ability to identify anomalies and/or variances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role or similar.
