Job description
Develop and implement procurement related policies and procedures for AMSOL’s local and international operations.
Manage procurement activities for a range of goods and services, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines.
Ensure procurement strategies and cost-effective plans are implemented and monitored.
Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
Manage the procurement budget and drive cost savings.
Recommend and manage enterprise and supplier development programs.
Manage internal and external Audits.
Prepare supply chain related reports.
Minimum requirements
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years experience in supply chain management with at least 3 years experience at a managerial level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure within a larger team.
Ability to manage internal stakeholder requirements and expectations.
Ability to make decisions, initiate action and deliver results to meet Client expectations
Experience in management of people and teams.
