We’re looking for a Graduate to complete a one-year trainee programme. The nature of the programme will be primarily practical. The focus will be on obtaining experience in the various aspects of Human Resources and will culminate in the management of a project(s).
Job description
The HR Graduate Trainee will be required to participate in developmental activities which will initially focus on acquiring basic knowledge while
working under supervision, and will progress to working independently, with a broadened scope.
Minimum requirements
Has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Is a South African citizen.
Is responsible and willing to participate as a member of the team.
Has high energy levels and an unwavering commitment to learning and development.
