Qualifications & Experience
•National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
•Project Management training/qualification
•Engineering Officer Certificate of Competency (advantageous)
•3 years in project management/dry docks
•3 years in a technical field
•Marine industry experience (advantageous)
Skills & Competencies
•Strong understanding of vessel systems (hull, propulsion, machinery, deck equipment)
•Ability to manage multiple contractors and work scopes
•Knowledge of fleet management, statutory, industry, and class standards (ISM, ISO, OCIMF)
•SHEQ awareness and commitment to continuous improvement
•Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
•Client-focused with excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
