Job description
Ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across Fuel Logistics & Transportation marine operations.
Alignment to and monitoring of Client Assurance requirements.
Ensuring and verifying compliance to OCIMF Tanker Management and SIRE inspection requirements.
Develop audit, inspection and assurance processes to ensure business and fleet are audit / inspection ready at all times.
Completion of OCIMF submissions to the highest standards.
Ensure all operating licenses are in place and in date.
General management of Assurance reporting and supporting Client safety initiatives.
Alignment to and monitoring of Client Assurance requirements.

Minimum requirements
Tanker experience essential; Class II Deck Certificate of Competence preferable.
At least 2 years experience in a management role at sea or ashore.
A self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills who displays excellent conceptual, analytical thinking. Action-orientated with good interpersonal skills.
Team member with ability to influence and strong Client service focus.
Prepared to travel and spend extended time at AMSOL office locations and onboard vessels.
At least 2 years experience in a management role at sea or ashore.
